Chocolate Chip Oat Slice

1/2 Cup S.R. Flour

½ cup plain flour

1 cup rolled oats

2/3 desiccated coconut

2/3 brown sugar

2/3 sultanas

½ choc bits

125g melted butter, cooled

1 egg lightly whisked

 Method

 1. Pre-heat oven to 180c. Grease a 17x27cm slice tin.

2. Combine flours in a bowl. Add the oats, coconut, sugar, sultanas & choc bits and stir to combine.

3. Add egg and butter, mix well until combined.

4. Spoon mixture into tin smooth surface.

5. Bake for 20 mins or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool completely.

6. Cut into squares to serve.

7. Enjoy!
