The 5 Steps to a Beautiful Exterior… 

  1. A thorough phased preparation will be carried out on all external surfaces to be painted.

    . At quoting stage surrounding conditions will be considered when determining the type of paint required for the job

    . Any grease or grime to washed down using Sugar Soap wipes and a high water pressure gun

    . Treatment will be given to any mould & residue

    . All surfaces that are not being painted will be extensively covered using cloth and plastic drop sheets, tape & paper

  2. Scraping, Priming & Minor Maintenance

    . All loose paint will be removed and all bare areas will be primed

    . Glossy areas will be scuff sanded where required

    . Areas around doors and windows will be caulked, window panes will receive new putty where necessary

  3. Painting

    . Areas to be painted to proper coverage and finish colour

    . Paint to be applied with brush, roller or sprayer depending on the surface

    . Only premium quality paints to be used

  4. Clean-Up

    . To be performed daily and upon completion of the job

    . Any Contemporary Finishes garbage to be removed on completion of job

    . Touch-Up paint to be labelled and left for customer

    . Any outdoor fixtures & furniture removed during painting to be returned original place

  5. Inspection

    . An on-site meeting with customer to ensure all contracted areas are painted as quoted

    . Any final touch-ups are noted and completed immediately or a suitable time to be booked in
